THIS was not drawn in ACAD or MicroStation ...this was drawn using EXCEL, that powerful program in MSOffice... and believe me it was scaled, I mean almost. How did I do it? First set up the rows and columns to produce square grid. One grid can be assigned 100mm or 200mm or any dimension you like. Then start filling and making borders, adjust the line weights to make certain features stand out like partition walls etc.
I like the way the bed covers and floor tiles were done and in particular the transparent glass top of the square table on the ground floor; the floor tiles can be seen through it ! There are two cars parked cramped next to each other, one was actually a red Mazda 3 owned by my eldest daughter and a grey Toyota Fortuner that belongs to my other daughter who currently is in Australia for a higher education. A Montero owned by my son-in-law parks outside as he is always on-call duty.
It's a big Townhouse with 5 toilets and bathrooms. Except for the bathrooms, the floor tiles are 600mm square from light beige to light brown. The stair steps are dark mahogany. The function room is great for parties. The kitchen area is nice but too small, I wish the maid's room can be used as an extension.
